The CC Redwheel China Equity Fund (the Fund) is a ‘long-only’ investment fund that provides concentrated exposure to Chinese equity securities with the aim of providing long term capital appreciation. The Fund is an Australian registered managed investment scheme and invests in the Underlying Fund (the Redwheel China Equity Fund – Class F Shares), managed by RWC Asset Management LLC (Redwheel).
