Channel Capital Group is pleased to announce an update to its Responsible Entity Board effective 1 March 2024. These changes reflect the company's ongoing commitment to governance excellence and leadership strength.
We are delighted to welcome Sandra Birkensleigh to her new role as Chair and Independent Non-Executive Director of Channel Investment Management Limited. Sandra brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her position, particularly in financial services, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.
Sandra's impressive career includes 24 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she served as a global lead for governance, risk, and compliance. Her contributions extended further as an independent member of the audit committee of the Reserve Bank of Australia. Currently, Sandra holds directorships in various ASX-listed entities and chairs several audit and risk committees, including Auswide Bank Limited, Adore Beauty Limited, Horizon Oil Limited, 7-Eleven Holdings Limited, and Tasmanian Finance Corporation.

Having now achieved a majority external Responsible Entity board, a compliance committee is no longer required and will be retired effective 1 March 2024.
